Belonging requires intentional practice, and while this kind of practice may seem like a “nice to have,” if we wholeheartedly commit to it, noting the sacred demand for it, a necessary journey of deep healing and awakening awaits.

Did you know the average U.S. employee spends 80 percent of their life (or 90,000 hours!) at work. This reality underscores the healing role the workplace could play to upend the lethal epidemic of exclusion & othering. The workplace’s potential inspired me to open my consulting practice 10 years ago.
At Rhodes Perry Consulting (RPC), we facilitate organizational transformation because transformation is different from change. Change is something that can be reversed while transformation is permanent. When it comes to work culture, our clients are clear: they don’t want to return to the status quo; they want to transform it.

Who?
The Belonging Coaching for Visionaries Program is designed for organizational & people leaders responsible for creating the foundation for belonging; this foundation requires building psychological safety and trust on teams, and throughout the organization.
These are leaders who:
Long to build spaces of safety, trust, and belonging for themselves and those they lead, but are uncertain about how to do it.
Experience many demands on their time, often focused externally at the expense of creating exceptional employee experiences for those they lead internally.
Navigate an inordinate amount of uncertainty about what could be on the horizon in 2025 and beyond due to climate change, social uprisings, political anxiety, etc.
Recognize that building belonging cultures are the key to their success, yet feel struck about how to move in the direction of their vision for belonging at work.
And, they no longer want to feel stuck anymore!

When?
While we have open enrollment for up to 12 new leaders in Q1 2025, right now we are running a limited special from November through April, for individuals who have a wholehearted commitment to belonging.
This experience includes two (2) Zoom coaching sessions each month with either myself, or a member from our team. Each session weaves in transformative somatic practices that will help you build the muscle memory to embody belonging behaviors.
Participants commit to 10 sessions in order to receive a completion certificate for this program. They will also have access to the Belonging Membership Community for community care and peer support over the course of six (6) months.
How?
Each session will be coupled with centering practices, guided meditations, reflection writing, worksheets, and other resources designed to guide your journey. You also have the ability to check-in with me on WhatsApp in between our sessions.

Accessible through a multi-sensory approach infusing somatics, meditation, centering practices, reflection writing, and more. We are passionate about building a space where you can access your inner wisdom through embodied practices. We also make accommodations to maximize participation.
Inclusive through creating a container that builds a sense of safety as we move at the speed of trust where your specific needs are prioritized and held with care. We use a sliding scale and payment plans to make the program financially accessible.
