Start Your Next Leadership Evolution
This Wednesday, explore embodied leadership, break free from reactive patterns, and cultivate presence to build spaces of belonging at work.
I have a special invitation for you. This Wednesday, April 23rd, at 10 a.m. Pacific Time, you are invited to attend a live workshop, Become an Embodied Leader, co-facilitated by my good friend and colleague, Roey Thorpe, and me.
Watch my special message below for context of why this workshop was created, what you will experience by attending, and how the content will help you meet this demanding moment:

This workshop offers the chance to explore what it feels like to build a future worth winning and what kind of leadership is required to make it a reality.
This is a future that works better for those on our team who still find the idea of belonging out of reach, out of sight, and out of mind.
On Wednesday, you’ll have the chance to focus on the leadership shapes where you can grow the possibilities of more safety, trust, and belonging for you and those you lead.
For some, this new leadership shape means taking up more space, and for others, it means moving back, and sharing some of our power so that we all might have enough.
Belonging In Action
Taking risks without having all the answers and making the commitment to bridge differences are at the heart of what it takes to build spaces of belonging.
The old ways of acting as a leader who fits in have done quite a number on how we feel about our own sense of belonging.
Some of us swing wildly between covering, hiding our talents, and conforming as a way to prove our worthiness.
Others strive towards perfectionism, hoarding power, and accepting the scarcity mindset.
We behave this way because of the workplace culture that many of us have inherited. Yet dreaming of building belonging may feel both exciting and isolating.
What I Know For Sure
In this age of uncertainty, here is what I know for sure:
The different people, cultures, and ideas stitched throughout your organization are ultimately your most powerful assets.
You and your employer can embrace and benefit from all parts of these powerful differences.
The leaders who recognize this truth will continue having a competitive advantage, poised to succeed at winning the future of work.
As leaders, the path to moving toward a future we long for, and one where we truly belong, requires us to move beyond outdated leadership shapes.
It demands a transformation in how we show up, how we connect, and how we steward our power.
Are you ready to explore this transformation?
Join us this Wednesday, April 23rd, at 10 am Pacific Time for our live workshop, Become an Embodied Leader. In this interactive session, we will:
Gain practical somatic tools to regulate your nervous system and respond to urgent demands with intention, not reaction.
Develop a deeper sense of connection and shared understanding through peer-to-peer dialogue, reducing feelings of isolation.
Learn strategies for bridging differences and fostering inclusive collaboration within your movement.
Clarify your personal leadership narrative and gain insights into how to lead with greater authenticity and confidence.
This is an invitation to take a moment, reflect on the leadership shapes you embody, and consider the new shapes that will build spaces of true belonging.
It's time to move beyond uncertainty and begin transforming into a new leadership shape, one capable of meeting the demands of our evolving world.
Register now for Become the Embodied Leader and together, let’s grow our Belonging Movement.
