War Doesn't Happen to Us. It's Created by Us. And, We Can Create Our Way Out of It.
Instead of the Iran-Israel-US conflict signifying the start to a war without end, learn about the choice you can make to welcome in a period of global healing.
As the tensions between Iran, Israel, and the U.S. continue to sow fear and division, it's understandable to feel overwhelmed, cynical, or even helpless.
This is especially true as headlines continue to teeter between threats of another war sparked by U.S. aggression and a fragile ceasefire agreement.
Most major media outlets suggest that this conflict is a prelude to a war without end...yet, what if...
...what if we paused, took a deep breath, and considered a different perspective?
…what if this moment isn't about impending doom, but a profound opportunity for deep healing, personal transformation, and unprecedented growth for humanity?
These questions serve as a reminder that we have the power to align with the energy of peace and unity, rather than submitting to warmongers sowing fear and division.
The idea of global devastation, particularly concerning nuclear annihilation, is a misdirection designed to take your power away. This article will help you hang onto it.
A Healing Opportunity
True power isn't found in a nuclear bomb, but in this reflective moment made possible by the bomb’s threat. Just as nuclear energy can destroy or illuminate, so too can our collective consciousness.
Our minds might see doom, but our hearts, if we allow them, can perceive an unparalleled opportunity to transform.
Consider the timing of these events, correlating around the energy of the summer solstice, signaling a chance to illuminate and evolve beyond our ancient conflicts.
We are being called to finally release the pervasive pattern of war. Give yourself permission to fully receive this invitation.
Be careful to accept what you are being told about this situation. Your power rests in your ability to shape how the collective makes meaning of these recent events.
Remember, what you focus on shapes the reality you experience, because attention is your superpower.
Rather than focusing your attention on believing this conflict is a prelude to an endless war, consider entertaining the idea that it could be a turning point in your evolution and maturity, as you make the decision to engage in collective healing.
Zooming out from this conflict, we begin to recognize that we are all part of a much larger tapestry.
Ancient energies of empire and wisdom, conquest and struggle, enlightenment and courage are at play.
There's a sense of déjà vu, as if humanity is revisiting a crucial lesson many have forgotten.
While it may appear that we are watching a play of villains and victims dancing on the world's stage, if we were to pull the curtain back, we may see a very different reality—a collective yearning for truth, reconciliation, and healing.
These seemingly opposing forces may, in fact, be pushing our collective toward profound growth, prompting deep moral and spiritual questions.
Our deep human need for belonging may be nudging us toward a path of unity.
When a critical mass of humans resists hatred and instead embraces forgiveness, new outcomes and opportunities begin to materialize.
This kind of strength in numbers can divert conflicts toward peace, and this all begins with you.
What will you choose to focus your attention on right now?
You Have a Choice
This understanding is a source of immense hope and empowerment. Too often, we feel helpless in the face of global events, but our true power lies within our consciousness. We are perfectly imperfect, yet immensely powerful in our ability to transform.
Every thought, every emotion, every intention we emit into the collective field makes a difference.
When tensions arise, will you add to the collective energy of fear or anchor yourself in your vision for a belonging society?
Even if you are thousands of miles away, your decision to send peace, a prayer, or healing energy to these regions profoundly influences the outcome.
Imagine millions of small candles gently illuminating a dark arena—a new candle is lit each time we choose love over fear. We are not alone in this endeavor; countless others are joining their light with ours.
And just like a miniature star, each time you choose love over fear in your daily interactions, you help melt away conflict while remembering its valuable lessons. This truth is deeply empowering.
We Can Create Our Way Out
War isn't happening to us; it's something created by us. And just as we created it, we can create our way out of it.
The very idea of nations threatening each other with nuclear annihilation is a barbaric relic of the past; humanity has outgrown it.
It's on us to visualize delegations of peace from all corners of the Earth and acknowledge our shared humanity, spurred by how close we came to the precipice in the past and how miraculously we moved away from it. Humanity has the potential to undergo a profound paradigm shift.
Calls for peace that once seemed idealistic are now gaining practical traction, and right now, we are called to embody a new consciousness to put it into action. It's crucial not to succumb to cynicism or doubt in your abilities.
Instead, you have the choice to practice the following peace-building activities:
Raise Your Awareness. Rest and meditate to become more centered, present, and aware of yourself and the world around you.
Engage in Conversations. Make choices that encourage others to see the bigger picture by engaging in conversations with those in your world.
Question Fear Narratives. Question narratives of fear, and envision the best possible outcomes grounded in hope: How can we all get what we need?
To help you imagine the Iran-Israel-US conflict as an opportunity to choose global healing instead of global hatred, I invite you to try this somatic imagination practice.

Instead of signifying a great war, this current situation can begin a great healing if we are willing to create the space first to imagine it.
I have chosen to move in the direction of collective healing, and I believe, in the depths of my soul, that the global majority has also chosen healing over harm.
Courage is required to move forward, not out of fear, but in the spirit of unity and belief in each other.
The truth of this situation is unfolding through us, and we must remain anchored in love, peace, and belonging.
This is the beginning of raising our consciousness and remembering that these looming storm clouds can dissipate when we focus on moving in a different direction.
